FAQ

How do I place an order?
 

For a commission simply follow step by step guide in How to Commission a Painting. To purchase an original, go to the shop, select your painting and checkout.

For hand embellished or a standard limited edition print go to the shop, select your image, select your preferred number from the limited edition numbers still available and check out

What is stretched canvas?
 

Canvas is the substrate used to paint on. It comes in standard sizes ready stretched over a wooden frame. It also comes in a roll for when a bespoke size is required. This would then can be stretched tightly over a frame to the correct size.

Tell me about limited edition prints.
 

My standard limited edition prints are either on fine art paper or canvas. I only ever produce one run of limited edition prints at one size from any painting keeping them very special.

What are your delivery options?
 

All paintings and prints are carefully packaged and beautifully gift wrapped with the certificate of authenticity. Delivery is by courier and a signature is required.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

When your artwork is shipped you will receive an email notification and/or text from me and a tracking number will be given once collected by the courier so you can track it every step of the way from collection to delivery to your door. Canvases are shipped on a next day delivery service.

Smaller items are sent out via first class post within 3-5 working days of your purchase depending whether the item is in stock. Items that are ordered on a bespoke basis will have a longer lead time and will be with you within 7-10 working days. 

Do you provide international delivery?
 

Yes we provide international delivery at a standard cost.

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Commissions by their nature are personalised, bespoke items and so cannot be returned. 

Anything else sold though my website reverts back to UK rules on selling online. That means if you are not completely satified with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. It MUST be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived, so please take care when unpacking your artwork. Please return to me via courier. If your artwork arrives damaged then please take a photo of the damage and return with its packaging so I can learn a bit more about what went wrong with the shipment. 

A refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the artwork back in good condition.
